International shipping / delivery and order process
We can provide worldwide shipping on all of our products. We know how important it is for you to know what to expect from us regarding your delivery and we hope to make this process as simple as possible for you.
If you require shipment outside of the UK then you have 3 ways to order from us:

Create an account on our site; log-in; add the items that you require to your Wishlist; contact us and we will be able to review your Wishlist with you.
Once we know the items that you want and the delivery destination then we will be able to provide you with a clear quotation ready for payment.

Smaller items (taps, showers, etc) will be delivered by our parcel courier and larger items (basins, toilets, baths, etc) by our pallet courier. Our regular pallet courier does not complete the customs declarations when goods arrive into your country, so you will need an EORI number for us to complete your delivery. It is very straightforward to apply for an EORI number, you can find information on how to do this by clicking the link below – customers outside the EU do not need an EORI number or equivalent.
If you do not wish to apply for an EORI number, we can use an alternative courier for a small additional fee, simply let us know when enquiring and we can look into this for you.
We aim to hold all Cast Iron Bath Company and Ashbee and Stone products in stock for dispatch within 48-72 hours of receiving payment. Bespoke painted baths and other branded products may require longer lead times, but we can give an indication of this prior to you paying for your order. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and we will give you an indication of likely shipping time with your quotation.
Your shipping cost will depend on the products you are looking to purchase. You can easily create a customer account and add items to your wish list which we can access, or alternatively you can send us the list you require and we can get a quote for shipping for you. You can use the contact form at the bottom of the page to get a shipping quote or send us an email to [email protected]. Your shipping cost will be excluding duties and taxes which will be calculated once your goods arrive with customs in your country.
Our shipping quotes do not include import taxes or duties. The taxes will depend on your country’s tax rate. The duties will depend on the type of product you are looking at, the country of manufacture and the destination of the goods. We have listed some of the commodity codes below for your reference.

Once your goods are ready for dispatch, we will contact our courier to arrange your delivery. Once the goods arrive with customs in your country you will be contacted by our courier to pay your import taxes and duties (See customs charges for information on this). Once the duties and taxes have been paid, our courier will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date for you. Larger items shipped on a pallet or in a packing case, such as baths and vanity units, may require your assistance as the delivery is a kerb-side delivery and the driver will not be able to carry goods into your property.
To place your order with us, simply send an email to [email protected] with your shipping address and the items you would like to purchase. We will email you a quotation including shipping cost. If you’re happy to proceed then you can make payment by bank transfer to the details at the bottom of your quotation.
