Chrome

Chrome is the hardest and most durable finish which has been electroplated to the brass. It is a brilliant silver with a hint of blue. This classic finish suits all styles of brassware and requires little day-to-day maintenance.

Polished Nickel

Polished nickel has a more delicate and warner finish than chrome. It can change over time as it patinas with its environment.

Polished Brass

Polished brass is raw brass and unlacquered. It is shiny and has been hand-polished. It will change and enrichen as it reacts with its environment  – we describe this as a ‘living finish’.

Living Finishes

Polished Nickel and Polished Brass should be considered ‘Living Finishes’.

These have no protective coating and form a natural patina that will age.

The surface patina will darken in areas that are infrequently handled and appear highlighted in those that are frequently handled.

The Bauhaus Collection featuring Bayor, Senska tapware and Elbe showers

Taking inspiration from 1920's Bauhaus with its clean geometric design, the Elbe shower range is the perfect complement to the Bayor and Senska tapware ranges. Our Bauhaus collection is available in chrome, brushed nickel, brushed brass, polished brass and matt black.

PVD Finishes

PVD (or Physical Vapour Deposition) is an environmentally friendly vacuum coating process which has excellent wear and corrosion resistance.

Our matt black tapware is made using the PVD process resulting in a smooth solid black which is durable and hardwearing.

Our brushed brass and brushed nickel finishes are also made using PVD process,

the result is a smooth finish but with the appearance of having been rubbed with a fine wire brush.
